This Buddha is quite special to me and I didnt want to part with it, so I painted a second one, and I also became attached to that one as well (not very Buddhist to get attached to things!)  They are acrylic and inks on 30x30cm box canvas.

I let the background do what it wanted to do and I just helped it a little, these Buddhas seemed to paint how they wanted to be depicted (sounds a bit daft I know!)  They give off calm and serentity.

I do hope they go to special homes.
